More than a checklist

A report that makes
the next steps clearer.

Your inspection comes with a detailed, easy-to-understand, computer-generated report.

It describes the home’s major systems: roof, exterior, structure, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation and ventilation, plumbing and interior.

Photographs, colour illustrations and links to relevant reference materials help you understand the findings. A summary highlights issues that could affect your buying decision.
